About The Position

DashMart is a DoorDash-owned and operated local fulfillment center where team members fulfill customer orders in a physical store for delivery by Dashers. Team members pick and pack orders placed through the DoorDash app, manage inventory and spoilage, organize and clean the warehouse, and help ensure substitutions are approved by customers. Sites operate from early morning until late at night, and some are open 24/7. Morning, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available, including part-time schedules.

Requirements

Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on fresh food quality and safety.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated areas, with or without accommodation.
High school diploma or GED.
Willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

Pick customer orders submitted through the DoorDash app, pack them, and hand them off to Dashers.
Stock receivables and manage inventory, including monitoring shelf life and spoilage.
Clean and organize the warehouse.
Ensure customer approval for order substitutions.
