DashMart Team Member - Woodbridge
About The Position
DashMart is a DoorDash-owned and operated local-fulfillment center where team members fulfill customer orders in a physical store for Dashers to deliver. Team members pick items ordered through the app, pack orders, and hand them off to Dashers. The role also includes stocking incoming goods, managing inventory and shelf life, keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and ensuring customer approval for substitutions. Shifts are available in the morning, during the day, in the evening, and overnight, including weekends; part-time work is listed as available. Some DashMart sites operate 24/7. The position pays $16.90 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Performance-based pay increases may be available twice a year. Requirements
- Be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
- Have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
- Be detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated areas, with or without accommodation.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Pick orders placed through the app, pack them, and hand them off to Dashers.

- Clean and organize the warehouse.
- Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
