About The Position

DashMart is a DoorDash-operated local fulfillment center where team members fulfill orders placed through the DoorDash app for delivery by Dashers. The DashMart Team Member picks and packs orders, hands them off to Dashers, stocks receivables, manages inventory and product shelf life, and keeps the warehouse clean and organized. Team members also help ensure customer satisfaction by obtaining customer approval for substitutions. Shifts are available in the morning, day, evening, overnight, and on weekends; part-time work is listed as available.

Requirements

Be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
Be detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas, with or without accommodation.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Be willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

Pick orders received through the DoorDash app, pack them, and hand them off to Dashers.
Stock receivables and manage inventory, including product shelf life and spoilage.
Clean and organize the warehouse.
Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.

For hourly roles, vacation accrues at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked and paid sick time accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
