About The Position

DashMart is a DoorDash-owned and operated local-fulfillment center where team members fulfill orders placed through the DoorDash app for delivery by Dashers. The DashMart Team Member picks and packs orders, hands them off to Dashers, stocks incoming products, manages inventory and product shelf life, keeps the warehouse clean and organized, and ensures customer-approved substitutions. Sites operate early and late, and some run 24/7. Morning, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available; the posting also identifies part-time shifts.

The role pays $16.35 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Pay increases may be available twice a year based on performance. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working in refrigerated areas, with or without accommodation. A Food Handler's Certification must be completed upon hire.

Requirements

• Be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Be detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated areas, with or without accommodation.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders received through the DoorDash app, pack them, and hand them off to Dashers.
• Stock incoming receivables and manage inventory, including monitoring shelf life.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
