About The Position

DashMart Team Members work in a DoorDash-operated local fulfillment center, preparing customer orders placed through the DoorDash app for Dasher pickup and delivery. The role includes picking and packing orders, handing completed orders to Dashers, receiving and stocking inventory, monitoring inventory and product shelf life, and cleaning and organizing the warehouse. Team Members also help ensure customer satisfaction by obtaining approval for substitutions. The job offers morning, day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekend shifts; the posting also identifies part-time availability. Overnight work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receives a $2 increase in pay. Base pay is $17.35 per hour, with potential performance-based pay increases twice a year.

Requirements

• Be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Be detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated areas, with or without accommodation.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders received through the app, pack them, and hand them off to Dashers.
• Stock received inventory and manage inventory, including product shelf life.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by customers.
