About The Position
JOE & THE JUICE is hiring a Barista/Team Member to help deliver a high-energy café experience centered on guests, teamwork, and the company’s positive, inclusive culture. Team members are expected to uphold company standards, bring a positive attitude, work with dedication and honesty, and follow policies for attendance, dress, and personal hygiene. The role involves serving guests, ensuring consistent product quality, and maintaining cleanliness. Requirements
- Maintain punctual attendance and comply with the dress code and high personal hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate dedication and a high work ethic to uphold company standards.

- Be able to stand for long periods.
- Be able to lift between 10 and 20 pounds.
- Be able to bend, stoop, crouch, and squat.
