About The Position

JOE & THE JUICE is hiring a Barista / Team Member to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. The role focuses on creating exceptional guest experiences, maintaining consistent product quality, and following hygiene and cleanliness standards. Team members are expected to contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace; uphold company standards and policies; and bring a strong work ethic, honesty, humility, punctuality, and attention to dress code and personal hygiene. Requirements
