About The Position

JOE & THE JUICE is hiring a Barista / Team Member for its ghost kitchen in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The role is part of a fast-paced food and beverage company focused on freshly prepared juices, shakes, coffee, and sandwiches. Team members are expected to help create a positive, inclusive work environment, uphold company standards, and deliver consistent product quality and cleanliness. Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs.
• Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
• Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
• Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
• Punctual attendance, compliance with the dress code, and high personal hygiene standards are expected.
