About The Position
As a Deli Host at Love’s, you will provide customer service to people from all walks of life and help maintain a clean, well-stocked deli area. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position may also involve cross-training in other store departments.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
