About The Position

As a Deli Host, you will provide customer service to people from all walks of life while keeping the deli area clean and stocked. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role involves preparing deli products according to designated preparation guides, maintaining food safety, and potentially cross-training in other store departments.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
• May cross-train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
