Kitchen Team Member
About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while helping maintain a clean, stocked deli area. You will answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, assist store cashier team members with the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, and prepare deli products according to company preparation guides. Love’s provides training, so prior experience is not required. The position may also involve cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. The role requires moving and lifting more than 25 pounds and working in various temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
