About The Position

Dash In is hiring a part-time Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook for its Back of House team at a store in New Castle, Delaware. The role supports Dash In’s chef-inspired food concept in a 24/7 retail environment by preparing food and helping create positive guest experiences. Team members uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards; keep ingredients and stations prepared, stocked, and organized; handle and store incoming goods; maintain a clean kitchen; interact with guests while preparing food; and operate kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or willingness to complete the company-paid GED program.
• At least 1 year of food service experience.
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Line cook or prep cook experience is preferred.
• Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications.
• Familiarity with POS software.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to speak and understand Korean.

Responsibilities

• Keep the preparation station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Receive incoming goods and store them properly.

• Operate kitchen equipment, including deep fryers and slicers.
