About The Position

As a Deli Host, you will provide customer service to people from all walks of life while helping keep the deli area clean and stocked. You will answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars, and prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides. The role includes using methods and technologies to follow company policies and maintain proper food safety conditions. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. No experience is required; training is provided. The position requires the ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
