About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service, help maintain clean and stocked deli, coffee, and fountain bar areas, and prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides. The role is open to candidates without prior experience, with training provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including cashiering, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires the ability to lift more than 25 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
