Kitchen Team Member
About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while keeping the deli area clean, stocked, and supplied with fresh offerings. The role includes answering questions about menu offerings, addressing customer needs, assisting store cashier team members with the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, and preparing deli products according to designated preparation guides. Love’s provides training for candidates without prior experience. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
