About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while keeping the deli area clean, stocked, and supplied with fresh offerings. No prior experience is required; training is provided. You may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Help store cashier team members clean and maintain the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
