About The Position
Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to prepare food as part of a dynamic team. The menu includes scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with whole ingredients. The role calls for someone passionate about food quality, customer service, and community who can work quickly and confidently, prepare menu items accurately to specification, multitask, learn from mistakes, and help other departments when needed. Shifts vary from week to week based on customer traffic and the time of year. The job requires continuous standing and walking, with limited opportunities to sit. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
