About The Position
We are currently looking for a Danish-speaking customer service representative for a large company involved in online casino. The office is located in Malta, and you will be part of a great customer service team. Malta is one of the most visited holiday destinations in Europe, offering sunny weather, lovely beaches, beautiful nature, and many experiences. Why settle for a short holiday when you can move there? Swap the gloomy weather in Denmark for sand between your toes and sun on your cheeks!
Requirements
- Fluent Danish and a satisfactory level of English
- Excellent written communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting internal goals
- A high school education
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service or some form of digital work is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via email and chat
- Ensure that complex problems are resolved as quickly as possible in a satisfactory manner for the customer
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Daily monitoring of website availability and functionality, reporting to the Customer Service Manager about problems affecting customers or site performance
- Assist in promoting new products and offers to customers
- Participate in other areas within the casino when required
