Dansk Kundeservice Agent – Malta
About The Position
We are currently seeking a Danish-speaking customer service representative for a large iGaming company. The daily work can be fast-paced and take unexpected turns, but the atmosphere is always fun! The company primarily deals with online sports betting, and its office is located with a spectacular sea view. Malta is one of Europe's most popular holiday destinations, offering sunny weather, beautiful beaches, fantastic nature, and plenty of experiences. Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Background in customer service
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
Responsibilities
- Assist both Danish and English-speaking customers via email, online chat, and incoming calls
- Translate advertising texts and customer surveys
- Manage customer accounts
