About The Position

The Dancing Bartender performs scheduled dances while providing strong guest service in an energetic, guest-focused environment. The role involves interacting with guests, multitasking, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining the bar and designated areas. The bartender must follow responsible alcohol service standards, comply with company and Gaming Control Board requirements, and adhere to the assigned dance schedule.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively in writing and verbally with guests, team members, and management.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender is preferred.
• Some dance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
• Perform assigned routines and individual dances in front of guests and large crowds.
• Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks properly and promptly.
• Accurately enter orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards, including slowing down or cutting off intoxicated guests when necessary.
• Make suggestions to guests and answer questions about available drinks and prices.
• Work quickly and efficiently while multitasking.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and designated areas.
• Adhere to the provided dance schedule.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents within designated areas according to policy.
• Comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
