About The Position

The Dancing Bartender performs scheduled dance routines and individual dances while providing strong guest service. The role calls for a fun, energetic, can-do attitude, frequent guest interaction, and the ability to multitask. The bartender prepares, garnishes, and serves drinks, processes orders in the POS system, answers guest questions, and maintains a clean bar and designated areas. The position requires responsible alcohol service and adherence to the assigned dance schedule and company service standards.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender.
• Some dance experience.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Perform assigned routines and individual dances in front of guests and large crowds.
• Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks properly and promptly.
• Accurately ring up orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards, including slowing down or cutting off an intoxicated guest when necessary.
• Make suggestions to guests and answer questions about available drinks and their costs.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the bar and designated areas clean.
• Adhere to the provided dance schedule.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents within designated areas according to policy.
