About The Position

The Dancing Bartender performs scheduled dances while providing strong guest service in the One Bar Frozen beverage department. The role calls for a fun, energetic, can-do attitude, frequent guest interaction, and the ability to multitask. The bartender prepares and serves drinks, processes orders, maintains the bar, and follows responsible alcohol service standards while adhering to the assigned dance schedule.

Requirements

• Read and speak English and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Availability to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work amid extreme temperature changes, both cold and hot, indoors and outdoors.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender is preferred.
• Some dance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Perform routines and individual dances in front of guests and large crowds as assigned.
• Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs and make suggestions.
• Promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks.
• Accurately ring up orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards, including slowing down or cutting off an intoxicated guest when necessary.
• Know available drinks and their costs, answer guest questions, and work quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and designated areas.
• Adhere to the provided dance schedule.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents within designated areas according to policy.
