Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport is required for all candidates applying for our jobs in Bulgaria.
• Deep interest in the Gaming & Esports industry with a strong understanding of current market trends.
• Previous experience in customer support or a high-paced digital service environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to connect with diverse gaming audiences.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude suitable for a challenging and rewarding Czech speaking job.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class omnichannel support to players in the Gaming & Esports community.
• Resolve technical and gameplay-related queries with speed, accuracy, and a player-first mindset.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the high standards expected in the Gaming & Esports sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report recurring in-game bugs or player feedback.
• Execute community engagement initiatives to foster loyalty among the Czech-speaking player base.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in our internal CRM systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in specialized training sessions to stay updated on the latest gaming titles and industry trends.
