About The Position

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Content Moderator to join a leading social media company in Sofia. This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment with the added benefit of fully paid relocation to Sofia. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards, helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for Czech-speaking users.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is strongly preferred.
  • Good understanding of online community standards and user behavior.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation expenses fully covered.
  • Familiarity with moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle content challenges effectively.

  • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies.
  • Interact with users by addressing content-related queries and providing support.
  • Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content as necessary.
  • Analyze trends and help develop strategies to improve content moderation and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and refine moderation policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices and moderation tools.
