About The Position

AO is hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Support Representatives. You'll work directly with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, helping answer questions, explain available benefits, provide enrollment assistance, and deliver an exceptional client experience. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development to help motivated individuals succeed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Have reliable high-speed internet
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administrative support, call centers, banking, military service, client relations, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Provide clear, professional information based on individual client needs
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
• Help with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service requests
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
