Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be physically located within the United States
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
- Maintain reliable high-speed internet
- Have a quiet, professional workspace
- Be comfortable using Zoom and online technology
- Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, banking, administrative support, call centers, military service, client relations, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Learn about each client's needs and priorities
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
- Answer questions clearly and professionally
- Help clients understand coverage and make informed decisions
- Assist with applications and enrollment when appropriate
- Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
- Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
