Customer Support Associate - Portuguese Speaker

We are seeking a passionate English and Portuguese speaking Customer Support Associate to join our team in Tallinn. As a key link between our customers and internal teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with Wise. You will have the opportunity to work across our entire business, grow your skill set, and make a real impact on customers worldwide. This is a full-time position that requires excellent verbal and written English and Portuguese skills, flexibility in working various shifts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Help customers have the best experience possible with the product through email and phone communication
• Cover a variety of shifts, including early mornings, day times, afternoons, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business demand
• Solve problems by working together with other teams
• Grow skills and have an impact on customers through mentoring and collaboration with other teams
