About the position
We are seeking a passionate English-speaking Customer Support Associate to join our team in Tallinn. As a key link between our customers and internal teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with Wise. You will have the opportunity to work across our entire business, grow your skill set, and make a real impact on customers worldwide. The role requires excellent verbal and written English skills, flexibility in working various shifts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Help customers have the best experience possible with the product through email and phone communication
- Cover a variety of shifts, including early mornings, day times, afternoons, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business demand
- Solve problems by working together with other teams
- Grow skills and have an impact on customers through mentoring and collaboration with other teams
- Be located in Tallinn, Estonia
- Be eligible to work in Estonia
- Be ready to work full time
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to work different shifts
- Remain calm and composed under pressure
