Customer Support Associate (English Speaker)

We are seeking a passionate English-speaking Customer Support Associate to join our team in Budapest. As a key link between our customers and internal teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with Wise. • Help customers have the best experience possible with the product through email and phone communication
• Cover a variety of shifts, including early mornings, day times, afternoons, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business demand
• Solve complex problems by collaborating with other teams
• Grow skills and have an impact on customers through mentoring and working with other teams
• Take initiative in career progression and work autonomously
• Have excellent verbal and written English skills

• Starting salary: 565 000 HUF gross / per month
