As a Customer Solutions Engineer – Payments, you will partner closely with Account Executives to help customers modernize their payment strategies. You’ll engage with technical and business stakeholders to understand their payment architecture, identify opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate how Zuora can help optimize payment performance while reducing complexity. This is a highly consultative role requiring deep expertise in enterprise payments and the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
