About The Position

The Product Solutions Associate in Healthcare Payments supports the sales cycle and helps discover potential solutions to client needs in collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Technical Client teams. The role supports sales, coordinates projects, and analyzes data to help deliver solutions, contributing to product offerings and capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, leveraging problem-solving skills on a team within a cluster of products.
• Experience aggregating data to support analysis and report building.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and provide value.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and coordinate projects that contribute to defining and configuring product offerings and capabilities.
• Coordinate with the team to understand and assess the current state, data capabilities, and delivery of strategic solutions.
• Aggregate data needed to support the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports.
