Product Solutions Associate - Healthcare Payments
About The Position
As a Product Solutions Associate in Healthcare Payments, you will support the sales cycle and contribute to discovering potential solutions to clients’ needs in collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Technical Client teams. The role involves supporting team members to deliver against customer requirements, coordinating strategic projects related to product offerings and capabilities, assessing current-state and data capabilities, and aggregating data for pricing proposals and value analysis reports. The role is part of JPMorganChase, a financial institution offering financial services to consumers, businesses, and institutional and government clients. The company describes its Commercial & Investment Bank as serving clients in more than 100 countries across banking, markets, securities services, and payments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, leveraging problem-solving skills on a team within a cluster of products.
- Experience aggregating data to support analysis and report building.
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Support team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and provide value.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and coordinate projects that contribute to defining and configuring product offerings and capabilities.
- Coordinate with the team to understand and assess the current state, data capabilities, and delivery of strategic solutions.
- Aggregate data needed to support the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports.
