About The Position

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply environment. The role combines customer service, sales assistance, warehouse and yard operations, inventory support, and local deliveries. It suits someone who enjoys active work indoors and outdoors and being part of a team-oriented environment. Prior industry experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–75 lbs.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Eagerness to work as part of a team and provide customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse associate experience.
• Delivery driver experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in varied weather and traffic conditions; training may be provided.
• Work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and respond to customer questions.
• Help customers select landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation products.
• Build and manage customer relationships and provide sales support to customer accounts.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard while following equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company vehicles to local job sites and provide customer service upon arrival.
