About The Position

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a CSR/Warehouse Associate to be located in Silverthorne, CO. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the CSR/Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day sales activities of the branch.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification or willing to obtain certification.
Good basic math skills (including ability to take accurate measurements).
Proficient with Windows based computer applications.
Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and clients.
Ability to perform well in a detail oriented, fast paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Distribution environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.
Greet customers, answer phones, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Process customer orders accurately and maintain order status updates.
Communicate order status, ETAs, and delivery information to customers.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with sales representatives, managers, and team members.
Schedule deliveries and complete assigned projects and administrative tasks.
Process shipping, receiving, inventory transfers, cycle counts, and related documentation.
Maintain inventory accuracy, organize stock, and operate material-handling equipment as needed.
Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Other duties as assigned.
