About The Position

The Seasonal Customer Service & Sales Support employee supports merchandise logistics and customer orders while helping maintain an organized store. The role involves receiving and delivering merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, and providing general support to store operations. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Be able to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching overhead to lift them.
Be able to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived freight and merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with packing and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments according to inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
