About The Position
Auto Glass Now is hiring experienced and entry-level Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associates to provide customer service and administrative support at its auto glass locations. The role involves assisting customers in person and by phone, preparing estimates and invoices, supporting parts ordering and returns, and coordinating materials for mobile jobs. Paid training is available. During training, employees earn at least $15 per hour; after training, pay is up to $18 per hour. Experienced customer service professionals with automotive industry experience may earn up to $18 per hour upon joining.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Intake and assist walk-in customers, customers with appointments, and returning customers.
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work.
- Answer phones and return customer calls.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist the Manager with daily parts returns.
- Ensure accuracy when ordering parts.
- Document calls and follow up with callers as needed.
- Confirm parts and materials for all mobile jobs before dispatching drivers.
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
