About The Position

Auto Glass Now is hiring experienced and entry-level Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associates to support its auto glass repair, replacement, and calibration services. The role involves welcoming customers, handling inquiries and calls, preparing estimates and invoices, coordinating parts and mobile-service materials, and supporting account and store operations. No prior experience is required, and paid training is available. Trainees earn at least $15 per hour; after training, pay is up to $18 per hour. Experienced customer service professionals with automotive industry experience may earn up to $18 per hour. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Intake and assist walk-in customers, customers with appointments, and returning customers.
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work.
• Answer phones and return customer calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Manager with daily parts returns.
• Ensure accuracy when ordering parts.
• Document all calls and follow up with callers as needed.
• Confirm parts and materials for all mobile jobs before dispatching drivers.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
