About The Position

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is hiring experienced and entry-level Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Associates. The role supports customers seeking auto glass repair, replacement, and calibration services. Experience is valued but not required, and paid training is available to teach employees how to explain the auto glass repair process, respond to customer inquiries, and manage billing invoices. During training, employees earn at least $15 per hour; after training, pay is up to $18 per hour. Experienced customer service professionals with automotive industry experience may join at up to $18 per hour.

The position offers full-time and part-time schedules. Full-time employees receive paid time off, and benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, a company 401(k) match, and access to earned wages through myFlexPay. Same-day pay is available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Intake and assist walk-in, appointment, and returning customers.
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work.
• Answer phones and return customer calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the manager with daily parts returns.
• Ensure accuracy when ordering parts.
• Input documentation on all calls and follow up with callers as needed.
• Confirm parts and materials for all mobile jobs before dispatching drivers.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
