Part -Time Customer Service Representative
About The Position
National Fitness Partners is the largest Planet Fitness franchise, serving over one million members across more than 200 clubs. The part-time Customer Service Representative provides a high level of service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, supporting an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. The role is based at the North Olmsted, Ohio club. The schedule is 2–10 or 3–10, three or four days during the week. Pay starts at $12 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
- Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
- Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
- Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
