About The Position

K&G Fashion Superstore is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support a positive, customer-focused shopping experience. The role handles customer transactions and inquiries, uses suggestive selling techniques, and helps maintain merchandise, sales-floor, and fitting-room areas. Representatives are expected to learn and adapt to new programs, work collaboratively with associates at all levels, and contribute to a positive work environment. The position requires standing and walking for most of the shift, frequent bending, squatting, and twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing a ladder to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguishing fabric patterns and colors. Responsibilities

Handle customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounted transactions according to standard operating procedures; properly secure cash and other negotiable documents.
Use suggestive selling techniques when assisting customers and respond to customer inquiries and needs.
Assist with merchandise replenishment, store layout, recovery, general housekeeping, and monitoring and maintaining floor stock and fitting-room areas.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge, point-of-sale instructions, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
