About The Position

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help provide an exceptional Judgement Free fitness experience. The role serves Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests by delivering a superior level of customer service and helping maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

This is a full-time position at the L191 Belair club in Baltimore, Maryland. Pay starts at $15 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months after the first year, based on the employee’s anniversary date. Shift-differential pay is available for select shifts.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
