About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for an airport location in Alcoa, Tennessee. This is an outdoor, hands-on, multi-function role assisting customers throughout rental and return processes on airport lots. Depending on the location, duties may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in returned vehicles. The representative provides professional and friendly service to help ensure an efficient, positive customer experience. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely. Compensation is $15.50 per hour, with a monthly commission opportunity; a shift premium may apply.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help people create positive experiences.
• Professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Six months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
