About The Position

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Planet Fitness club in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. The role provides customer service to members, prospective members, and guests to create an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. The position is full-time, with starting pay of $12 per hour. Hourly increases are scheduled at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter, based on the employee’s anniversary date. Select shifts receive shift-differential pay.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to current and new members.
• Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
