About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This is a non-supervisory, non-exempt role reporting to the Club Manager. The posting identifies the position as full-time or part-time and refers to nights and weekends in the position title.

Requirements

Honesty and a good work ethic.
Strong customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
Ability to talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Greet potential members and provide a positive customer experience.
Handle front-desk tasks, including answering calls politely and helpfully, taking information calls and giving tours, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups and cancellations, supporting BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
Facilitate member-service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Communicate questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.
