About The Position

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role handles front desk duties, supports member services and account transactions, responds to questions and concerns, and helps maintain the club’s cleanliness and appearance.

Communicate questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.
Stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift; talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs. for less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Greet potential members and provide a positive customer experience.
Handle front desk tasks, including answering phone calls politely and helping with questions or concerns.
Take information calls and provide tours.
Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
Address member service issues and questions, escalating them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
