About The Position

As a Cashier, you provide efficient and effective customer service in the checkout lane, creating positive customer experiences and leaving a lasting impression. You help customers understand Meijer programs and promotions, complete transactions accurately, handle payments responsibly, answer questions, and resolve concerns. You may also support other tasks as needed to keep store operations running smoothly. The role requires working nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
• Comfort learning and using technology.
• Listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
• Be dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
