About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role handles front desk tasks and member services, supports club cleanliness, and escalates issues to club leadership as needed. The position is located at Rosemount RMT in Rosemount, Minnesota, and is listed as full-time/part-time, with an hourly salary range of $14.00–$14.00.

Requirements

Honesty and a strong work ethic.
Strong customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to communicate questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.
Ability to stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
Ability to talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Greet potential members and provide a positive customer experience.
Answer phone calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.
Handle information calls and provide tours.
Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations.
Manage BCM amenity usage and update member account information.
Address member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
