About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Jemison, Alabama store. This full-time role works overnight shifts and requires weekday and weekend availability. The position offers a fast-paced, varied work environment, with responsibilities across different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. Team members work with customers and colleagues to complete daily tasks.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
