About The Position
Fusion Home Services is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join its team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The company provides heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and insulation services. This full-time role supports customers and the office team by handling calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and assisting with administrative work. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and pays $17.50–$22.00 per hour. Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfort making outbound sales and follow-up calls.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or office experience is preferred.
- Experience in the home services industry, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, is a plus.
- Experience using ServiceTitan software is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and book jobs.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate business and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding services and appointments.
- Assist with office paperwork, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Work closely with technicians and the office team to provide excellent customer service.
