Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at Store 2741785 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work in multiple areas inside and outside the store to maintain appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and involves working with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Shift availability includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
- Ability to sell products to customers.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
